Inspiring Others to Live Their Best Lives

Claudine thrives in inspiring individuals and teams toward clarity and breakthrough to be their personal best. Since 1995, she has been in the wellness and sports industry including corporate wellness, college football, youth sports, recreation, and senior services. A graduate of Northern Arizona University, Claudine has a B.S. with a minor in Psychology.  She also has a M.A. in Sports Administration from the University of Northern Colorado.

Facilitating Interactive Interpersonal Growth

Since 2005, Claudine has been using the Appreciative Inquiry process for facilitation and strategic planning. She was integral in the implementation of that strategic plan for Boulder County and the City of Louisville that continues to this day. In 2009, she was certified as a Facilitator through the Paterson Center and launched her own business facilitating LifePlans and workshops. The Paterson Center principles on “The Art of Facilitation” is what laid the foundation for Claudine’s passion to facilitate dynamic, interactive interpersonal growth.

With that, she joined CBST Adventures as a Lead Facilitator advancing their mission to transform teams through adventure. She has worked with local groups such as Town of Frisco, NWCOG, and Vail Resorts to global corporations such as GE Healthcare, OtterBox, and Underwriters Laboratory. In 2016, she was credential as a Phase I Facilitator for CSU Extension’s Family Leadership Training Institute (FLTI) training and curriculum and continues to be part of the state training team.

Leading with Emotional Intelligence (EQ)

Most recently, Claudine has added Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to her practice. She is a certified administrator/facilitator of Emotional Intelligence EQi-2.0.

Her passion for clarity and breakthrough is what drives her facilitation style to integrate emotional intelligence and a game plan into team-building, leadership, personal, and professional development.

Claudine, her husband, two daughters, mother, and spunky dog live in Summit County, Colorado where they all enjoy outdoor adventures on the lake, in the mountains and on the trails.
